College students are always in a hurry to get from class to class. Whether you are about to take an exam or give a speech in front of a class, it is always essential to have snacks available to grab and go! The worst fear of a college student  is having your whole class hear your stomach rumbling during an exam. Not only is it an embarrassment but it also causes a distraction from learning. Grab and go snacks are easy and healthy ways to keep your metabolism running and your brain thinking!

Everyone loves some fruit and peanut butter. It is a great fast and healthy snack that will help any college student last through a class by providing a source of protein.  Just cut up some slices, throw them in a bag, then add some peanut butter and you’re out the door!

4. Turkey and Cheese Roll Ups

A classic favorite of mine are lunch meat rolls. All you do is roll up some turkey with cheese and your choice of condiment. For example, I love dipping turkey and cheese in hummus.  It’s simple and is sure to make you feel full afterwards. You can try it with any kind of lunch meat you love!

5. Hummus and Pretzels

Another great grab and go snack are pretzels with your choice of hummus flavors! It provides something nice and salty to crunch on while also enjoying the smooth, yummy taste of hummus. It is the perfect alternative to the not so healthy bag of chips. You have to try it!
